1.1 update

This is the last update before 2.0 which is being worked on.

This update includes:

1. Fixes to every known bug
2. Visual changes to most levels, making them look more appealing or give more visual clues as to the solution
3. A level design change to Rough Riverbank, making the intended solution easier and the brute force one harder
